Strategie de retention

la stratégie est exécutée une seule fois par semaine, afin de ne pas en attendre autant, vous pouvez déclencher le processus en utilisant la commande PowerShell suivante :
Start-ManageFolderAssistant -Identity <user [@] contoso.com>

Si nous modifions la balise de rétention qui s’applique au dossier, nous devons exécuter Start-ManagedFolderAssistant deux fois : premièrement, pour réestampiller les éléments et deuxièmement pour déclencher l’action de rétention.
Les éléments ne seront pas réestampillés si la balise a été attribuée directement au message.

The above service plans contain the following capabilities we check on the mailbox:

  • BPOS_S_ArchiveAddOn,
  • BPOS_S_Archive,
  • BPOS_S_Enterprise
