Démarrez l’Éditeur du Registre.

  1. Accédez à la sous-clé de Registre suivante :
    Office 2016

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity
    Office 2013

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Identity
  2. Avec le bouton droit à l’entrée, puis sélectionnez Nouveau.
  3. Ajouter une nouvelle valeur DWORD dans le Registre, appelé NoDomainUseret donnez-lui la valeur une valeur de 1.

Latitude 7490 Video Driver BSOD on 1803

The version is 24.20.100.6170 and has been approved by Dell Command Update as well. I tried the latest direct from Intel and it caused the same problem. Going back to 24.20.100.6136 did not cause the blue screen.

If you’re running dell command update, add « /addToIgnoreList 105812″ to the command line to resolve.

We had the same thing with a couple different 7XXX laptop versions (7490, 7280, etc.) and Dell gave us an old driver to fix the problem temporarily until they came out with a fix. Intel HD Driver version 21.20.16.4678 is relatively stable (No BSOD or freezes as of yet). I had to get it from the Intel Website

Download Intel HD Driver from Intel site (it has to be zip version), extract it somewhere

Quickly right click in device manager, update driver, browse my computer, let me pick from a list., have disk, find the extracted folder for driver and go to graphics folder and select the inf file
